I've been welding just for just about 6 years now and use various of lens and hoods from that Deep green color to a clear view Lincoln 3350
But it's just gotten heavy and hard to get into small and tight places finally I decided to get a pipeliner hood and after searching and searching I came across ridge product welding lenses and mentioned it to one of my coworkers he ended up getting one for he was in need for a new lense he allowed to test it it was the duke red lense and I absolutely loved it so I decoded to pull tye trigger and go for tye heir blue lense skapped that puppy into my pipeliner hood and was astonished as to how clear it was. I can see perfectly thriugh the lense when not activated and when starting to weld it quickly responded and was able to see more clearly than i have in any other lense ive used . It definitely changed the way of my postions of welds from having to squint sometimes when the color was just too dark to not having to worry if im going the correct or or if im staying consistent. Would for sure recommend to others looking into welding lense

Ive had this lens for about a week and I’m a student welder I went from using a harbor freight hood to upgrading my hood and getting the duke lens I can say my welds have definitely improved due to how clear the lens is even while an arc is flashed and my eyes feel a lot better than using the harbor freight hood since it’s not taking a while to go dark after my arc flashes
I love the auto dark lense. Works very well the only thing I wish the shade of the lense when it is not on was a Lil lighter shade. Other then that love it. Very quick reaction and love the capability of setting different shades
Used it day in and day out and it was so clear it made welding so much easier. When mine broke I was devastated but I reached out and they sent me a brand new one since it was under warranty. Definitely the best welding lens I have used.
