Bought this lens to replace the fixed shade that came with my grandfathers old helmet. Fits perfect, darkens right away and shows a nice blue arc. Just what I wanted

Yellow iron mechanic here. Typically welding 24v with 1/16 wire and fixed shade #10 lenses weren’t cutting it anymore.
Popped this guy in and it’s crystal clear and the darkness adjustment dialed in perfectly!
Honorable mention: the video explaining that my lens box would need a little grinding to make it fit was spot on! Used a bur to open up the hole a little and it slid right in.
